What this website collects
This site is a browsing and enquiry site. It does not take payment and it does not run a user account. If you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form:
Enquiry details
Your name, email address, arrival date, number of nights, number of guests, room preference and anything you write in the message field.
Cookie choice
Your accept or reject choice for optional cookies is stored in your browser’s local storage on this device, so we do not ask you again on this device.
Why it is used
Enquiry details are used only to check availability, prepare and send you a quotation, and to answer your questions about a stay. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiry details are kept for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and any resulting booking, and for the period afterwards needed to handle questions or disputes relating to that booking. We do not keep enquiries indefinitely.
Who else sees it
We share your details only with the accommodation property needed to deliver a confirmed booking, and with service providers who host this website, strictly to run it. We do not sell or rent personal data.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we have no continuing reason to keep it.
